Johnnie Sims has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2013, they interned as a Strength and Conditioning Intern at Simpson College before moving on to become a Wellness Director Intern at the YMCA of Greater Des Moines. In 2015, they took on the role of Assistant Football Coach at Simpson College, where they mentored and developed student-athletes.

In 2014, Johnnie joined Wells Fargo as a Loan Adjustor Specialist, where they processed HAFA and Traditional Short Sale loans and provided excellent customer service. Johnnie later became a Loan Adjustor 1, negotiating proceeds and fees related to short sale transactions and analyzing borrower information. Johnnie's last role at Wells Fargo was as a Home Mortgage Consultant, where they excelled as a top producer and received high ratings.

From 2017 to 2021, Johnnie worked at Businessolver as a Client Operations Advocate, where they mitigated data risk for clients and resolved issues related to export files and system setup. Johnnie then transitioned to the role of Client Champion, building partnerships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction.

In 2022, Johnnie returned to Businessolver as a Business Development Representative, focusing on generating new business opportunities.

Johnnie Sims attended Indian Hills Community College from 2010 to 2011, but did not complete a degree or specify a field of study during that time. Subsequently, from 2011 to 2014, they attended Simpson College where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science.
