Julie Michael has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Julie began their career as a Senior Benefits Specialist at American Water in 1998 and worked there until 2004. Following that, they joined ADP/SHPS as a Senior Analyst, Technical Operations from 2004 to 2012.

In 2012, Julie joined Trion™, a Marsh & McLennan Agency, LLC Company, where they initially served as a Project Manager responsible for managing clients' project plans related to benefits administration. Julie was later promoted to Technical Supervisor in July 2013 and held this position until July 2014.

Since 2014, Julie has worked at Businessolver, starting as an Architect/System Relationship Manager/Configuration Specialist/System Design Analyst. Julie then transitioned to the role of Technical Consultant from 2019 to 2021. After that, they became a Technical Team Lead until 2023, when they began their current position as a Client Services Manager (Technical Team).

Julie Michael attended Camden County College from 2002 to 2004, where they studied Psychology, Sociology, and Addictions Counseling. Julie later enrolled at Rutgers University - Camden to further their studies in Psychology. Before their college education, Julie Michael completed their high school education at Gloucester City Junior-Senior High School.
