Kirah Johnson

Director, Client Operations at Businessolver

Kirah Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kirah began their career in 1996 at Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. as an Account Manager, where they handled claims and billing resolution, client relations, and acted as an intermediary between insurance carriers and clients. After that, from 2000 to 2008, Kirah worked at Cherry Creek Schools as an Employee Benefits Specialist, responsible for health plan selection, benefit administration, and streamlining the benefits department.

In 2008, Kirah joined FHS Corp, which was later acquired by TransUnion. At FHS Corp, they initially served as an Account Manager, conducting comprehensive reviews with clients and designing client reports. Kirah then became a Customer Support Manager, building the knowledge base for support and implementing Salesforce for tracking customer support. During their tenure, Kirah achieved the first KLAS recognition in the first year of eligibility.

In 2012, Kirah transitioned to TransUnion Healthcare, where they took on the role of a Senior Project Manager. Kirah designed and executed system implementation specifications, implemented project and account management processes using DreamTeam and Salesforce applications, successfully completing implementation activities for clients of different sizes. Kirah later became a Client Training Manager, developing training curriculum, implementing website-based modules, and conducting user competency assessments. Their final role at TransUnion Healthcare was that of a Client Advisor, where they advised on client implementations and managed the existing client base for major healthcare revenue cycle platforms.

Most recently, in 2019, Kirah joined Businessolver as a Client Operations Lead. Kirah was subsequently promoted to Senior Client Operations Lead and AVP Client Operations. Currently, they hold the position of Director, Client Operations.

Kirah Johnson attended the University of Iowa from 1989 to 1993. Kirah obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts, with a focus on Communications and Business.
