Lauren McCormick

Lauren McCormick's work experience includes roles at Businessolver and bswift. At Businessolver, they began as a Customer Relationship Manager in September 2016 and eventually became a Client Operations Lead in May 2017. Currently, Lauren serves as the Director of Client Operations beginning in November 2022. At bswift, Lauren started as a Customer Service Representative in October 2012 and advanced to the roles of Analyst, Account Manager, and Senior Account Manager. Their responsibilities at bswift included managing client teams, conducting presentations and trainings, resolving client issues, and ensuring the proper functionality and quality of client sites.

Lauren McCormick attended Mother McAuley Liberal Arts High School from 2003 to 2007, where they did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. After high school, they went on to Southern Illinois University, Carbondale and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from 2007 to 2012. In 2014, they obtained a Health and Life Insurance Broker License from Kaplan.
