Matthew Johnson, CSM, CSPO has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Matthew began their career at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center as a Financial Systems Analyst from April 2003 to January 2010. Matthew then moved to Westwood College Online where they worked as an ITS Business Analyst from January 2010 to February 2013 and later as a Senior Business Analyst from February 2013 to November 2013. From November 2013 to October 2015, Matthew worked as an Analyst: Usability and Employee Experience at Seagate Technology. Matthew then joined Businessolver in November 2015 as a Business Analyst and transitioned to the role of Product Lead in October 2016. From September 2019 to April 2023, they served as an Associate Product Manager before being promoted to the role of Product Manager, their current position. Throughout their career, Matthew has demonstrated their skills in financial analysis, business administration, and product management.

Matthew Johnson, CSM, CSPO completed their Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems at the University of Central Oklahoma from 1999 to 2003. Matthew later pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at the same university, completing it between 2007 and 2009.
