Valerie Rugienius

Valerie Rugienius has a diverse work experience in the field of client services and operations. Valerie started their career at Aon Hewitt in 2005 as a Health & Welfare & 401K Customer Service Associate. Valerie then progressed to the role of Absence Management Project Coordinator and later became the Absence Management Team Lead, where they provided expertise on leave and disability plan provisions, regulations, and system administration. Valerie then moved on to become the Health & Welfare Business Services Manager, responsible for managing multiple health and welfare clients and overseeing the implementation of new client requirements. Valerie joined ReedGroup in 2012 as the Sr. Director of Operations, where they were responsible for client relationships and overall service delivery of clients' benefits plans. Valerie focused on continuous improvement and process efficiencies, utilizing LEAN Six Sigma tools and quality audits. In 2018, Valerie joined Businessolver as the Director of Client Operations and is currently serving as the Sr. Director of Client Services.

Valerie Rugienius obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) with a specialization in Marketing from the University of Central Florida in 2004.
