Karen Frey-Tyler

Karen Frey-Tyler has a broad range of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment spanning various industries. Karen most recently worked at BusPatrol as the Director of Talent Acquisition, where they were responsible for overseeing the recruitment process. Prior to that, they held senior managerial roles at ITT Inc. and Remedy Intelligent Staffing, where they developed and led strategic initiatives for recruitment and selection. Karen also has experience as a recruiter and an on-site manager at Advantage Human Resourcing. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Human Resources Administrator at Thomas Electronics Inc. and as a Valve Inspector at G.W. Lisk. Throughout their career, Karen has demonstrated a strong ability to recruit top talent and build relationships quickly.
