Caroline Wurtzel

Caroline Wurtzel is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in the editorial and graphic design fields. Currently serving as Design Director and previously as Art Director at BDG since April 2014, Caroline has led editorial art direction for Bustle.com and Romper. Responsibilities included senior graphic design across various properties and creative direction for a beauty-focused Instagram account. Caroline's volunteer work as Design Lead for Project Healthy Minds highlighted a commitment to addressing mental health issues. Previous roles include graphic design positions at Dreisbach Design Group and internships at Discovery Inc. and NBCUniversal Media, where contributions included corporate branding, marketing, and promotional content. Caroline holds a Master of Science in Communication Design from Pratt Institute and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Skidmore College.
