Tyler Christensen

Tyler Christensen is currently serving as the Marketing and Account Manager at Busy Human, with a focus on marketing strategy and lead generation, as well as managing marketing and social media campaigns since February 2024. Prior to this role, Tyler held various positions at ERC Specialists, including Quality Coach Team Lead and Account Coordinator, where responsibilities included managing the Quality Assurance Team, running quality campaigns, and client outreach. Tyler also gained valuable experience at America First Credit Union over three years, progressing through roles such as Escalation Specialist and Member Service, consistently delivering excellent customer service and exceeding cross-sell goals. Tyler holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Marketing and Business Management from Utah Valley University.
