Evadne Cokeh

Evadne Cokeh's work experience begins in 2007 as a Research Associate at Forrester Research, where they focused on project management, research, and data analysis. Evadne then served as the Director of Youth Ministries at Reservoir in the City, where they gained experience in non-profit management, partnership building, and program management. In 2014, they worked as a Mechanic and Business Consultant at Hub Bicycle, where they developed skills in small retail business and customer experience. Evadne then worked as an MBA Social Innovation Consultant at Greyston, where they focused on measuring the return on investment for their unique hiring model and creating a strategic plan. In 2017, they joined ButcherBox, first as the Chief of Staff and Director of Social Innovation, and later as the Blender in Chief (General Manager) for their sister company, SmoothieBox. Their responsibilities at ButcherBox included overseeing social and environmental responsibility strategies, leading diversity and inclusion committees, and supporting B Corp Certification processes. Currently, they serve as the SVP of Social and Environmental Responsibility at ButcherBox, where they continue to drive sustainability initiatives and charitable giving.

Evadne Cokeh completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Wellesley College from 2003 to 2007. Evadne then pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Business and Social Innovation Intensity Track at Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business from 2015 to 2017, where they graduated Summa Cum Laude.
