Michelle Spangenberg

Michelle Spangenberg MSW, LISW-S, serves as the Clinical Manager at The Crossroads Center since December 2023, overseeing inpatient services. With extensive experience in roles such as Forensic Crisis Worker and Outreach Supervisor at Transitional Living, TLC, since April 2019, Michelle coordinates outreach programs for homeless individuals, connecting them to essential mental health and substance abuse services. Additionally, Michelle worked as an MRSS Therapist at Butler Behavioral Health Services, Inc. since January 2020 and previously served as a Psychotherapist at Therapy with Michelle from April 2022 to March 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Forensic PATH Case Worker with Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services, specializing in outreach for the homeless, and an internship at Lighthouse Youth Services focusing on diagnostic assessment and therapy for homeless youth. Michelle holds a Master of Social Work from Campbellsville University and multiple degrees from Miami University, including an Associate of Arts and a Bachelor's in Integrative Studies.
