Robert Youngs

Robert Youngs has a solid background in the manufacturing industry. Robert started their career in 2004 at Seabrook Medical Limited as a Set-Up Machinist. Robert then moved on to Will-Mor Manufacturing, Inc. in 2008, where they worked as a Set-up Milling Machinist. In 2011, they returned to Seabrook Medical Limited as a Set-Up/Machinist, where they led process improvement projects and performed self-taught programming with part-maker software.

In 2015, Robert joined SIG SAUER, Inc. as the Manager of Machining. In this role, they oversaw and delegated responsibilities to a team of 170 workers, focused on efficiency and effectiveness, and implemented money-saving techniques and process improvements.
