Justin Bates

Justin Bates is an accomplished service manager with extensive experience in the transportation and service industries. Currently serving as a Service Manager at Implement since March 2024 and at Butler Machinery since January 2022, Justin previously held various roles at BNSF Railway from August 2011 to January 2022, including Mechanical Foreman II and Locomotive Diesel Electrician. Earlier experience includes serving as a Veterans Service Representative for Dawes County, as well as a Mechanical Foreman and Automotive Technician in the automotive sector. Justin's diverse background is complemented by military service as a Transportation Specialist in the Nebraska National Guard and a brief tenure as a police officer. Justin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management, as well as an Associate of Science in General Studies, both from Colorado Technical University.
