As CPO, she builds and maintains a company culture by overseeing all aspects of their Human Resources. Tyler leads a talent management team that specializes in end-to-end talent management, recruiting, retention, and employee values. With her combined experiences in health care and management, she works with the unique culture that is medical transportation to drive forward-leaning initiatives to promote a thriving workplace and enterprise wellness. Tyler began her career in health care as a medical assistant and surgical technician for an outpatient clinic in eastern North Carolina before being promoted to Clinic Manager. Her role as the Clinic Manager fueled her passion for leadership and team building in the workplace, leading her to achieve her Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resources. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and is currently working to achieve her SHRM-SCP certification.
