Paula Avila

Paula Avila has a diverse work experience in human resources and IT. Paula is currently working at Blanc Labs as a Human Resources and IT Passionate. Previously, they served as a Strategic Sourcing Operations Lead at Cafeto Software and as an IT RPO Consultant Lead at Adecco. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Teleperformance and as a Consultant at Ser Integral Psicólogos Consultores. Paula also gained experience as an HR Intern at COBIS USA.

Paula Avila's education history starts in 2012 when they enrolled at Fundación Universitaria Konrad Lorenz. Paula graduated in 2017 with a degree in Psychology, specializing in Human Resources Management and Personnel Administration. In 2016, they completed a diploma in Psychometrics and Administration of Psychological Tests at the same institution. Additionally, in the same year, they attended a workshop on Evidence-based Treatments for Anxiety Disorders in Children and Adolescents at Universidad de Los Andes. Later, in 2020, Paula Avila pursued further studies at Universidad Externado de Colombia, focusing on Human Resources Management.
