Kevin C. Baltz

Kevin C. Baltz is an experienced commercial litigator and appellate attorney who currently serves as the Assistant Practice Group Leader for the Commercial Litigation Group at Butler Snow. Kevin has been practicing law since 2003, when they first joined Miller & Martin PLLC, and has a track record of success representing clients in both bench and jury trials, as well as in arbitrations and appeals. Kevin is a highly skilled advocate who is dedicated to achieving the best possible results for their clients.

Kevin C. Baltz graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law with a J.D. cum laude. Kevin also holds a B.S. cum laude in English and Sociology from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
