I’m Cheska Teresa, and I love helping scale businesses and entrepreneurial teams. 👋 I’m extremely passionate about making sense of problems through research and insights — and I love seeing great solutions come to life from it.

I’m currently doing that with MeetButter, an all-in-one video conferencing tool built to help facilitators have more delightful and interactive workshops. 🚀

Prior to this, I helped build new business and groom talents for Lion & Lion, one of Southeast Asia’s largest digital agencies, as Managing Director for the Malaysian office and subsequently, Group Director for Strategy and Integration. Before that, I spent several years honing my strategic planning and brand-building skills at Mindshare.

I constantly push myself to live by the “jack of all trades, master of many” mentality — life’s all the more interesting when there are new challenges to tackle and overcome!
