Jordan Zolan has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jordan started their career as a Server at various establishments from August 2002 to November 2014. Later, they worked as a Senior Account Executive at The Morris + King Company from July 2012 to September 2014.

Moving forward, they joined the Canadian Consulate in March 2015, where they worked on foreign policy and diplomacy services, focusing on energy and the environment. Jordan played a key role in creating advocacy events and implementing campaigns to promote Canadian interests in the energy sector. In addition, they worked on energy research, community outreach, speech writing, communications, event planning, and government/public affairs tasks.

Most recently, Jordan Zolan worked at ButterflyMX® as a Senior Client Success Manager. Jordan managed a portfolio of 900+ accounts totaling $3 million in ARR, onboarded new accounts, promoted product offerings, resolved critical issues, and conducted cross-departmental staff meetings. Jordan also mentored a team of client success managers, improved customer satisfaction, and grew mobile app usage by 40%.

Jordan Zolan completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication at the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1998 to 2002. Later, from 2014 to 2016, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Global Affairs, specializing in Energy and Environmental Policy, at New York University.
