Josh Castro

Josh Castro's work experience includes a role as Sales Director at ButterflyMX® since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Aramark as a Senior Account Executive from 2020 to 2021, where they were responsible for achieving sales targets, managing a sales team, and conducting B2B prospecting and cold calling. Josh also worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Home Lending Advisor from 2020 to 2021, where they acted as a liaison between clients and the financial institution and converted leads into mortgage loan applications. From 2014 to 2020, Josh was a Sales Manager at Life Time Inc., where they revived a struggling operation, implemented effective sales strategies, and trained a high-performance sales team. Josh also has previous experience as an Intern at the Chicago White Sox in 2013 and as a Lead Volunteer at Habitat for Humanity International in 2010.

Josh Castro attended R.L. Patton High School from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Diploma in Sports Studies. Following high school, they enrolled at Wingate University from 2010 to 2014, completing a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) with a major in Parks, Recreation, Leisure, and Fitness Studies.
