Alison dela Cruz

Alison dela Cruz has over seven years of work experience in the human resources field. Alison began their career in 2014 as a Human Resources Administrator at Delaware North Companies. In the same year, they joined The Langham, Auckland as a Human Resources Team Lead and HR & Recruitment Coordinator. In 2017, they became the People Lead (HR Business Partner) at Fraedom, where they worked closely with 47 team members and developed people strategies. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at trivago as a Recruitment Lead and Senior Tech Recruiter. Most recently, they have been the Talent Acquisition Lead at Butternut Box since 2021.

Alison dela Cruz holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Hospitality Management from Macquarie University.
