Marc Crossfield began their career in 2000 as an Electrical Technician at Kimberly-Clark. In 2008, they moved to Nestl\u00e9 UK & I and held various roles, including Asset Maintenance Manager, Lead Project Engineer, Factory Maintenance Manager, Technical Improvement Leader, and Electrical Technician. In 2014, they joined Mars as a European Cluster Engineer, R&D - European Senior Process Developer, R&D - European Process & Packaging Manager, and R&D - Programme Leader (Global & Regional). In 2020, they became the Head of Engineering and H&S at Butternut Box, where they are responsible for building from the ground up all necessary Processes and Team to support the Install commissioning and ramp-up of a new Pet Food Production and Fulfilment Facility at Blyth, Worksop, and for taking on responsibility as H&S Manager for Rudie\u2019s Kitchen.

Marc Crossfield has a two-part education history. From 2014 to 2016, they attended Teesside University, where they earned a Foundation degree in Leadership & Management. From 2007 to 2008, they attended Lancaster University, where they earned an Ordinary Degree of Bachelor Engineering and an HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
