Raoul Buijs has a wealth of work experience, having held roles in a variety of companies since 2008. In 2008, they were a Sales Intern at ID Hats, followed by a Marketing Intern for Fashionclash in 2009. That same year, they also worked as an Assistent Consultant for Freshly-Made. In 2013, they were a Marketing Intern for iittala, Helsinki, as part of their Bachelor's degree. In 2014, they completed a Minor in Entrepreneurship and Italian Culture in Milan. In 2015, they were a Marketing Trainee at Westwing Home & Living. In 2016, they were a Digital Marketing Executive at Naturalicious.eu. From 2017 to 2020, they held two roles at MADE.COM, first as a Marketing Manager Benelux and then as an Online Marketing Executive. In 2020, they were Head of Marketing and Marketing Manager at Bombinate, where they are currently growing GMV x3 while hitting ROI improvement of +20%. Finally, in 2022, they will become a Growth Manager Benelux for Butternut Box.
Raoul Buijs obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in International Business & Management Studies from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) in 2015. Raoul also completed a Minor in Entrepreneurship and Italian culture at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in 2014. Prior to this, they studied Marketing at Leeuwenborgh from 2007 to 2011. Raoul also attended Sint Maartens College from 2003 to 2007. In 2016, Raoul completed a Master of Science (MSc) in International Marketing Communications from London Metropolitan University.
