About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated QA Analyst to join our technology team. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for ensuring software quality, developing test strategies, and delivering robust solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

The QA Analyst will be responsible for creating and executing comprehensive test plans, designing test cases and scripts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. The successful candidate will work closely with development teams to identify and report defects, validate data integrity, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes.

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to solve complex problems. They will leverage their expertise in test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG, and proficiency in scripting languages like Python or JavaScript to develop efficient and effective testing solutions.

Where you’ll work

This position offers flexibility in work location, with the option to work fully remote, hybrid, or on-site at our company headquarters in Fort Worth, TX.

What you'll do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications
  • Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, including test cases and scripts, to validate software functionality and performance
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and acceptance testing using both manual and automated techniques
  • Utilize SQL and scripting languages to validate data integrity and accuracy
  • Create and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness
  • Drive continuous improvement within the QA team by optimizing methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Actively participate in Agile development processes to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software
  • Document test plans, test cases, and test results, ensuring compliance with established standards and procedures
