RASI (Restaurant Accounting Services Inc.) is a leading accounting, payroll and finance software for the foodservice industry.  RASI processes $2.9B in annual accounts payable across more than 2,000 clients in the United States and processes 20,000 payroll checks per week for restaurant employees. 

RASI’s powerful software offerings will be packaged alongside existing Buyers Edge Platform service offerings - furthering Buyers Edge Platform’s reach in reducing costs and digitizing formerly-manual restaurant operations processes.  Buyers Edge Platform’s software reaches independent, multi-location, franchise and enterprise restaurant groups, and now delivers daily accounts payable, automation, inventory, recipe costing, accounting and payroll all under one roof.

This position is hybrid based out of our Littleton, CO office and is budgeted from $65,000-$75,000 annually. We are unable to offer work sponsorship for this role. 

As an Restaurant Operations Client Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responsible for ensuring their successful onboarding, adoption, and continued satisfaction with our software. You will build and maintain strong relationships, leverage your industry expertise to provide tailored solutions, and proactively address client needs. Your role will involve setting retention goals, promoting product value, and supporting clients in optimizing their operations for improved profitability. Through exceptional communication, attention to detail, and an analytical approach, you will drive client success and contribute to the growth of our business.

Your impact:

  • Serve as the primary contact, overseeing client onboarding, implementation, training, and overall satisfaction throughout the relationship.
  • Use food service knowledge to connect with clients, providing tailored onboarding and adoption plans that align with their goals.
  • Highlight and demonstrate the benefits of Back Office, identifying opportunities to enhance the client’s experience through additional features.
  • Assist restaurant owners and operators implement systems that improve operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Utilize and update training documentation, developing new guides to improve training efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and product development, advocating for feature requests and enhancements based on client needs.

About you:

  • Minimum of 5 years in a managerial food service position
  • Has experience with Inventory Control Systems and recipe costing for restaurants
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years in Food service or Hospitality
  • Strong responsibility and organizational skills
  • Process-oriented with an ability to drive efficiency
  • Excellent verbal and written skills to build positive relationships
  • High accuracy in managing tasks and projects
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects effectively
