Ivan M.

Ivan M. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Ivan is currently the Director of Products at Buyk, a position they have held since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Customertimes Corp from February 2016 to August 2021, focusing on Salesforce and CT Mobile implementations.

Before joining Customertimes Corp, Ivan M. worked at CT Consulting/Masterdata as a Lead CT Mobile Consultant from March 2013 to January 2016. Ivan'sresponsibilities included leading CT Mobile projects and providing consulting services.

Following their Bachelor's degree, they pursued a Master's degree in Project Management at the Academy of National Economy and Public Administration from 2010 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Ivan obtained various certifications. Ivan achieved the certifications of Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility Architect, and Salesforce Certified Data Architect from Salesforce in May 2020. Ivan also obtained the certification of Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder from Salesforce in April 2016. Furthermore, Ivan earned the certification of Microsoft Specialist: Managing Projects with Microsoft Project 2013 from Microsoft in August 2013. Earlier, in June 2013, they became a Salesforce.com Certified Sales Cloud Consultant and later, in August 2011, they achieved the certification of Salesforce.com Certified Service Cloud Consultant. Moreover, Ivan obtained the PRINCE2 Practitioner certification from APMG in April 2012.

It's worth noting that Ivan's certification as a Salesforce Certified Administrator does not have specified dates of completion.
