Nam Phạm

Nam Phạm has extensive experience in the tech industry. Nam started their career at VNG as a Software Engineer, where they participated in various projects, including social networking and gaming. Nam then worked at MEME as a Senior Software Engineer and Technical Lead, where they were responsible for designing and implementing video management systems and analytics. Nam also co-founded Kiến Vươn and served as the CTO, where they conducted research and deployed internal management systems.

From there, Nam joined INSPECTORIO as a Technical Architect before moving to Giaohangnhanh.vn as a Tech Lead. At Giaohangnhanh.vn, they led a team of developers and played a crucial role in delivering and maintaining large systems for logistics and delivery operations.

Currently, Nam Phạm holds the position of Director of Engineering at Buymed. In this role, they have successfully built and led a tech department with 70 headcounts. Nam has also contributed to the company's growth by automating internal operations and deploying new tech stack systems. Nam has achieved significant milestones such as reducing monthly costs and implementing a new career path for tech staff.

Throughout their work experience, Nam Phạm has demonstrated expertise in solving problems, implementing new technologies, and driving growth in technology divisions.

Nam Phạm attended the School of Gifted Student of Tien Giang province from 2005 to 2008, where they studied Informatics. Nam then pursued Information Technology at the University of Science from 2008 to 2012.
