Gwyn Jones has worked in various roles since 1987. gwyn began their career at BBH Group as a graduate trainee, eventually working their way up to Group Chief Executive Officer. gwyn then moved on to Carroll Jones LLP as Co-Founder in 2015. In 2017, they took on the role of Chairman at Bloom & Wild. In the same year, they also became Non Executive Chairman at Quill Content. In 2018, they were appointed Non Executive Director at Buzzbike. In 2020, they became Non Executive Director at SPOKE, and in 2021 they were appointed Non Executive Director at Second Nature.

Gwyn Jones attended The King's School, Chester and then went on to the University of Oxford where they obtained a degree in PPE from 1984-1987.
