Kelah N. Raymond, M.B.A., SPHR has over 20 years of professional experience in Human Resources and Training. Since 2022, they have served as Senior Director, People & Talent for Buzzer. Prior to that, they were a Career + Leadership Expert for SPARC Solutions Group from 2017 to 2018, a Hacking HR Partner from 2018 to 2021, and Associate Director, People & Culture for MotoRefi from 2021 to 2022. From 2012 to 2017, they worked at Insperity as Manager, HR Services and Performance Consultant. From 2010 to 2012, they were a Strategic Training Consultant (Contractor) for CommTech Industries. From 2009 to 2010, they were Human Resources Manager for Community Resource Solutions, LLC. Lastly, they were an Operations and Training Supervisor for the United States Army from 2002 to 2009.

Kelah N. Raymond, M.B.A., SPHR holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Strayer University in Human Resources Management and Services, as well as a B.S. from the University of New Orleans in Business Administration and Management.
