Amita Tomkoria

Amita Tomkoria is the SVP of Investor Relations at BuzzFeed. Amita has over 15 years of experience in finance and leadership positions. Amita has a background in both public and private companies, spanning across different industries including media, entertainment, and technology.

Amita started their career at GE in 2006 as a Finance Manager for North America. Amita then moved to eBay in 2013 as a Manager for Corporate FP&A. In 2014, they joined GE Digital as a Client Engagement Director. From 2017 to 2019, they were with Deluxe Entertainment Services as Division CFO for Distribution and ran a $500M global P&L. Amita then transitioned to their current role as Senior Director of Investor Relations at Activision Blizzard.

Amita has led the quarterly earnings process and managed relationships with Wall Street coverage analysts and existing and prospective institutional shareholders. Amita is currently responsible for executing on the investor relations strategy for BuzzFeed.

Amita Tomkoria has a MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business and a BA in Economics & East Asian Studies from Haverford College. Amita also has a degree in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
