Shyama Helin

Shyama Helin has over 12 years of experience in production management, executive producing, transition management, digital project management, digital producing, interactive producing, and project management. In 2018, they began working as a Production Manager for Buzzgen. From 2017-2012, they worked for Winkstink Design Inc. as an Executive Producer, managing digital marketing efforts, creating budgets and schedules, and acting as a facilitator between clients and project teams. From 2012-2011, they worked for Nike as a Transition Manager, developing and delivering training to support new processes and prepare leaders, managers, employees, and partners for change. From 2011-2010, they worked for Instrument as a Digital Project Manager, managing digital marketing efforts, creating budgets and schedules, and acting as a facilitator between clients and project teams. From 2010-2009, they held short-term contracts as a Digital Producer for Grady Britton, an Interactive Producer for tenfour, a Project Manager for Liquid Agency, and a Project Manager for YRG. In 2008, they held a short-term contract as an Interactive Producer for Thug Interactive, managing a 3D animation project to market an "in-home" future technology to internal stakeholders. In 2007, they held a short-term contract as an Interactive Producer for PMSI.

Shyama Helin obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Fine and Studio Arts from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 1995. Shyama is also a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance.
