Cameron Moll

Cameron Moll is a seasoned professional with diverse work experience. Cameron is currently serving as the Vice President Design at Buzzsprout, where they manage all aspects of design for the leading podcast publishing platform. Prior to this, Cameron worked as a CXO Advisor at Desquared, focusing on enhancing customer experience through UI/UX design. Cameron also founded their own company, Cameron Moll LLC, where they worked as an Advisor. Additionally, Cameron held the position of VP, Design & Research at Pendo.io, a B2B Series E company specializing in improving digital product onboarding and adoption. Before that, they served as the Head of Design (Events Platform) at Facebook, where they strategized and delivered impactful UX/product solutions for their events platform. Cameron is also the Founder/CEO of Authentic Jobs, Inc., a platform connecting talent with job opportunities in the design and creative industries. Earlier in their career, they worked at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints as a Design Manager, Visual Unity Lead, and Principal Interaction Designer. Cameron has also worked as a Marketing Manager at AdvancedMD and as a Creative Director and Interaction Designer at Internet Development Inc (IDI). Cameron started their career as a UX Contractor and Maker at Cameron Moll LLC. Throughout their career, Cameron has demonstrated a deep understanding of user-centric design and a strong ability to drive business results.

Cameron Moll is currently pursuing a Masters of Integrated Business, Design, & Technology degree at the University of Southern California, with a projected completion in 2024. Previously, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, with a Marketing emphasis, from Brigham Young University in 2003.
