Dustin M Dell, P.E. has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Dustin M started their career as an Intern at Golden Spread Electric Cooperative, Inc., where they gained experience in reading and comprehending drawings and specifications related to various power generation systems. Dustin M then worked as a Frac Stimulation Engineer at Cudd Energy Services, where they coordinated technical activities, planned and scheduled engineering work, and ensured compliance with engineering practices.

Following that, Dustin joined Weatherford as a Technical Specialist, where they served as the lead engineer for monitoring technical data and calculations for Coiled Tubing crews. Dustin M trained field personnel on using specialized equipment and monitored mechanical fatigue of Coiled Tubing String.

Dustin then worked at Halliburton as a Technical Professional, where they performed analysis, modification, and design of products and services. Dustin M developed test procedures, conducted tests, and analyzed test results for multiple products and services.

After that, Dustin took on the role of Advanced Applications Engineer at AFL, where they provided pre- and post-sales engineering technical support for specialty cable products. Following that, Dustin joined Enventure Global Technology Inc. as Lead Design Engineer & Product Manager, and later became the Applications Engineering Manager. In these roles, they oversaw the transition of new products/technology from development to commercialization, validated and verified product development through field testing, and collaborated with engineering, operations, and sales to deliver solutions to clients.

Dustin also worked as the President of Rigid Resolution Engineering, LLC, where they maintained overall responsibility for the company. Their most recent role is Director of Engineering at B&W Energy Services, where they currently oversee engineering operations.
