Dian Rahmawaty

Dian Rahmawaty has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Dian is currently working at BW Offshore as a Human Capital Lead, a position they have held since December 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Offshore HC Facilitator and Offshore HC Facilitator at BW Offshore's Oceanic Fleets division from 2020 to 2021 and from 2015 to 2020, respectively. In 2014, they were a Coordinator of Offshore HC at FPSO Joko Tole in Indonesia.

Before joining BW Offshore, Dian worked at Korn Ferry International as a Research Associate from 2012 to 2014. Dian'sresponsibilities covered various industries such as Oil and Gas, Information Technology, and FMCG, focusing on commercial and finance functions.
