As of October 2023, BW Water fully acquired US-based SafBon Water Technology, Inc., now operating as BW Water Americas Inc. The strategic acquisition is part of a global expansion to unlock new markets with desalination competencies in Asia and expand its water and wastewater treatment solutions in the Americas.
