Gerardine Gantly holds a Bachelor of Business Honours degree and a BA in Human Resource Management, complemented by a Diploma in Employee Relations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at BWG Foods UC since August 2021, Gerardine has previously held positions including Sales Manager at Dandara Ltd from August 2012 to September 2020 and Recruitment Director for the Middle East at National Guard Health Affairs Hospital, where responsibility included the recruitment of 3,500 nursing staff for a 20,000 bed facility.
