Mark Stine

Mark Stine has extensive work experience in the field of IT services and telecommunications. Mark started their career as a Senior Systems Engineer at Arion Systems, Inc. in 1992 and worked there until the year 2000. Mark then joined Lucent as an Optical Sales Engineer in 2000 for a brief period. In 2001, they joined Qwest Government Services as the CTO/Sales Engineering Director and held this position until 2006. During this time, they also served as the Vice President of Intel Business Development at By Light Professional IT Services from 2006 to 2008. Later, they became the Network Chief Engineer at Qwest Government Services in 2008 and served in this role until 2012. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President / CTO DISA Engineering at By Light Professional IT Services since 2012.

Mark Stine obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Maryland from 1983 to 1988. Mark then pursued further education and completed a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University between 1992 and 1996.
