Dylan Kroll

Dylan has over 15 years in the hospitality industry, holding positions from being a General Manager to Director of Operations for McKibbon Hospitality. Dylan joined By The Sea Resorts after 4 years at Corporate Choice Hotels, where he worked his way from Regional Revenue Manager, running the D.C. market and over 248 million in assets, to Manager, Regional Revenue Manager Premier Clients, where he led a team of RM's and initiatives while still running the revenue for 4-star hotels in the D.C. area. Prior to that, Dylan has held positions with Hilton at RMCC, McKibbon hospitality as well as Noble Hospitality.
