Tyler Brown has a strong background in the automotive industry, with a focus on service management. Tyler started their career as an Assistant Service Manager at Spitzer Autoworld in 2007 and worked there until 2009. Following this, they joined Tri County Chrysler Plymouth as an Assistant Service Manager, where they managed and coordinated a team of 10 technicians. Tyler also played a key role in creating marketing ads and strategic advertising for the service department. In 2010, Tyler moved to Byers Auto as an Assistant Service Manager, where they managed and coordinated a larger team of 15 technicians. Tyler was responsible for the service drive operations and the management of the service advisors. Tyler eventually progressed to the role of Fixed Operations Director- Byers Chrysler at the same company.
Tyler Brown earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Central Ohio Technical College from 2007 to 2010. In August 2010, they also obtained a Master Certification with Chrysler from FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles.
