Sylvia Hogenboom

Sylvia Hogenboom has extensive experience in various HR and people management roles. Sylvia is currently the Global Director of People & OPS at Bynder, where they oversee the management of creative files and promotes collaboration within teams. Prior to this, they served as the Chief People Officer at Dealroom.co, responsible for developing and executing a people and culture vision to support the company's growth goals. Earlier in their career, Sylvia held positions such as Head of People & Culture at Bird Control Group, Chief Human Resources Officer at Farm Frites, and Senior HR Business Partner at Eneco. Sylvia also has experience in project management and advisory roles, working for companies like DuPont, Heerema Marine Contractors, Deloitte Nederland, and COFELY GDF-SUEZ. Throughout their career, Sylvia has demonstrated their ability to drive organizational growth and lead people and culture initiatives.

Sylvia Hogenboom attended a Masterclass HR Bedrijfskunde in 2012. In 2008, they also studied HBO Personeelsmanagement and specialized in Personeelsmanagement.
