Shay Solomon

Shay Solomon has a diverse work experience in the field of communications and technology. Shay began their career as the Head of IDF Telecom Center "Hoshen" in Lotem - IDF Digital & Data unit, where they managed a multidisciplinary C4I unit and led communication tenders and projects. In 2019, Shay became the C4I Commander in the Northern Command for the Israel Defense Forces, overseeing C4I projects and initiating the implementation of AI algorithms in the Northern Command area. Shay then transitioned to the role of Head of Lotam Architecture & Planning department in Lotem - IDF Digital & Data unit, where they served as the CDO of Lotem and was responsible for planning work plans, setting goals, and managing C4I projects. Currently, Shay works as the Head of Cloud & Managed Services Provide Division at Bynet Data Communications.

Shay Solomon earned an Engineer's degree from Braude Academic College between 2005 and 2009. In 2018 and 2019, Shay pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Peres Academic Center.
