Lauren Deyo

Lauren Deyo has been working in the transportation industry for over 8 years. Lauren started as a Crew Leader at McDonalds and then became a Staffing Specialist at Manpower. In 2016, they began working as a Driver Recruiter at Comcar Industries where they coordinated closely with both their processor and compliance to verify all information on applicants for truck driving positions. Lauren reviewed applicant’s criminal, motor vehicle and work records to ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company standards. Lauren set up orientations, ordered bus tickets and confirmed driver’s for upcoming orientation classes. In 2018, they began working as a Driver Recruiter at Indian River Transport where they worked closely with compliance to verify all information on applicants. Lauren reviewed applicant's criminal, motor vehicle and work records to ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company standards. Lauren set up orientations, ordered flights and confirmed driver's for upcoming orientation classes. Currently, Lauren is the Director of Recruiting at Bynum Transport Inc.

Lauren Deyo's educational career includes obtaining a diploma in general studies from Beekmantown Central School and an Associate's Degree in Business Management from Clinton Community College.

Lauren Deyo reports to Todd Bynum, CEO & President. Lauren Deyo works with Rob Kachmarik - Assistant General Manager & Sales, Gary Brinkley - Maintenance Director, and Peter Prebor - Chief Financial Officer.
