Jennifer Allen

Jennifer Allen serves as the Head of People & Culture at BYOMA since March 2025, following a similar role at Future Beauty Labs from November 2020 to February 2025. Jennifer's extensive experience in human resources spans multiple organizations, including positions as HR Business Partner at Sparrows Group, Senior HR Business Partner at Fonterra, and HR Practitioner at ATS Group (Ltd). Throughout a career that began in 1998 with positions in hospitality, Jennifer has consistently focused on developing HR policies, enhancing performance management, and driving business results while ensuring compliance with labor laws. Jennifer holds a PgDip in Human Resource Management from Robert Gordon University and a B.A. in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Queen Margaret University.
