Kay Christmas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kay is currently working as a Business Operations Manager at Byrd since March 2023. Previously, from February 2022 to March 2023, Kay served as the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Byrd.

Prior to that, Kay worked at Helen Keller International from January 2019 to December 2021 as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. In this role, they provided comprehensive support to the President and CEO, including managing administrative tasks, budgeting, meeting logistics, and external representation.

In addition, Kay worked as a Learning Assistant at The Children's Village from August 2014 to May 2015, and as an HR Intern at Westchester County from May 2014 to October 2014. Kay started their professional career as a Recruiting Assistant at USA Staffing Network from September 2012 to June 2013.

Kay Christmas pursued their education with dedication and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Nazareth University between the years 2009 and 2013. Following this, they furthered their academic pursuits at Iona University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from 2013 to 2015.
