Asif Sharief

Asif Sharief has a diverse work experience in the fields of sales engineering, business development, and mechanical engineering. Asif has worked as a Sr. Sales Engineer at Byrne Equipment Rental LLC, where they have been involved in project management, estimation, and business development in the industrial sector, construction, oil & gas, and offshore projects. Previously, they worked as an Applications Engineer at WJ Groundwater (Middle East) where they handled inquiries from various industries and provided equipment solutions to clients. Before that, they served as a Technical Sales & Application Engineer at Green Life Equipment LLC, where they excelled in technical sales, marketing, and business development. Asif also has experience as a Mechanical Engineer on projects for ETA Group of Companies, where they were involved in the procurement, installation, and commissioning of automation and control systems in the oil and gas sector.

Asif Sharief completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering with First Class honors from Sathyabama University, where they studied from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma of Education in Mechanical Engineering from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Awadh University, Faizabad, from 2005 to 2008. Asif also holds a High School Diploma from A.M.M.H.S, which they earned from 2000 to 2005. Additionally, they have acquired various certifications such as "Collaborate Effectively for Professional Success" from IBM in January 2023, "Successful Negotiation: Essential Strategies and Skills" from the University of Michigan in December 2022, "Basic H2S Training OPITO approved - 9014" and "TBOSIET - Tropical Basic Offshore Safety Induction Emergency Training (OPITO Approved)" from EMIRATES TECHNICAL & SAFETY DEVELOPMENT CENTRE LLC (ETSDC) in October 2022, and "H2S & BA Competency" from Numero Uno Technical and Professional Training in Musaffah, Abu Dhabi in May 2015.
