Jim Israel is currently the Talent Acquisition Lead at Byteridge since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Byteridge and as Jr. Executive - Recruitment at Cognizant. With a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Madras, Jim has extensive experience in full life-cycle recruitment and partnering with hiring managers in various industries. Jim also holds a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Loyola-ICAM College of Engineering and Technology.
