Taurean Skinner is a seasoned professional in talent engagement and recruitment with extensive experience across various leading organizations. Currently serving as a Talent Engagement Lead at the National Basketball Association (NBA) since October 2023, Taurean has previously held significant roles at Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Senior Leadership Recruiter focused on Diversity & Inclusion, and at Verizon as a Senior Recruiter and Diversity Channel Recruiter. Additional experience includes ownership of Heartout Productions & Entertainment LLC and positions at Alight Solutions where Taurean excelled as a Talent Advisor and Campus Recruiter, as well as a Labor Specialist at Apple, where contributions included specialized training and support for recruitment efforts. Taurean earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Resources Management from Rutgers University in 2018.
