Richard S Ward

Richard S Ward is an accomplished Engineering Facilities Manager at CAPS® since December 2020, overseeing a team dedicated to the design and maintenance of cleanroom facilities. Simultaneously, Richard operates a small business focused on facility maintenance for medical and dental offices in the Phoenix Metro area. Richard’s prior experience includes serving as Regional Real Estate Facility Manager at PetSmart, managing over 1600 retail stores, and as a Building Operations Engineer at Hines responsible for a large mixed-use facility. Richard has also held roles with ClearCall Solutions, CVS Caremark Corporation, Pinnacle Security, Bulwark Exterminating, and Jensen Custom Construction. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Operational Entrepreneurship and Management from Arizona State University and an Associate's degree from Mesa Community College.
