Randy O. Pippins Sr. started their career in 2003 at Nissan Motor Corporation, where they served as a Supply Chain/Logistics Operations Manager for nearly 19 years. Randy O. demonstrated expertise in research, reporting, information management, operations, and kaizen efforts. In 2022, they joined C.H. Guenther & Son as the Director of Operations.

Randy O. Pippins Sr. earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Jackson State University in 2009, followed by a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Phoenix in 2011.
