Lisa Kohlstetter

Lisa Kohlstetter is currently the Head of People & Operations at C-P-S Group since August 2018. Prior to this role, Lisa worked as a Human Resources Specialist in Learning & Development at Lear Corporation and as an HR Administrator at Avantgarde Gesellschaft für Kommunikation mbH. Lisa's career journey also includes experience as a Praktikantin in Product & Brand Cooperation at BMW Group and as a Student Trainee at Lear Corporation. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts in International and Cultural Business Studies from Universität Passau and a certification as a Systemic Coach from Syscoach. Additionally, Lisa studied at Universidad de Córdoba in 2014-2015.
