Allison MacHa

Allison Macha is a versatile professional with extensive experience in both the arts and Agile project management. Currently serving as a Professional Artist at Growing Wings Workshop since January 2002 and as a Scrum Master at C Squared Systems, LLC since January 2020, Allison facilitates Agile ceremonies and mentors teams to promote collaboration. Previously, as a Product Owner/Scrum Master at Brown Brothers Harriman, Allison successfully delivered projects while engaging with cross-functional teams. Alongside this role, Allison has held positions such as Assistant Librarian and Teaching Fellow at Sant Bani School, Business Analyst at Ozyque LLC, and Library Programs Coordinator at Sanbornton Public Library. Allison holds a BFA in Ceramics from Plymouth State University and has a strong background in art, management, and community engagement.
